  • What are your business hours?

    Our office hours are Sunday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM, and Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

  • What area do you provide service in?

    We offer service across much of Connecticut, including Litchfield County, Hartford County, and New Haven County. Not sure if we can come to your location? Give us a call and find out!

  • What are your credentials?

    Our license number is #HIC.0640021. We are GAF Certified and our team is fully insured. 

  • Do you provide services in languages other than English?

    Yes! We have service providers that speak English, Spanish, and Portuguese.


  • Do you offer 24/7 emergency service?

    We are happy to help customers with their roofing emergencies, all you have to do is give us a call and we will work to assess damage, tarp up whatever needs to be covered immediately, and get started on repair work as soon as possible. 

  • How many years have you been in business?

    Our team has over 10 years industry experience. Our company was founded in 2013. 

  • How long will my roof installation take?

    Roof installations take approximately 1 day. 

  • What are your payment options?

    We accept cash, credit cards, checks, Venmo, and Bitcoin.  

  • What can I expect from a free roof inspection?

    When you schedule a free roof inspection with us, we’ll start by assessing the exterior of the roof. If we do see damage, we will go into the attic to see if anything is being damaged in the interior of the house. We will take drone pictures and standard pictures of your roof, typically taking about 30-45 minutes. Next, we’ll present you with our findings and any recommendations we may have, which will take about 5-10 minutes. If work needs to be done, we’ll do our best to provide you with a definitive start date on your project within 24 hours so that you can properly plan for your roof repair or replacement project.

  • Do you offer any warranties?

    Yes! We offer 10 years of warranty on our labor and 50 years of warranty on materials.
